1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and dcd99 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using the dcd99 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the dcd99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately stop using the dcd99 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2Eligibility

• You must hold a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a compatible payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a supported Bangladesh bank account — to make deposits and receive withdrawals.

3Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may open exactly one dcd99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dcd99 uses technical and manual processes to identify duplicate accounts and will act promptly upon discovery.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — confidential. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify dcd99 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account. dcd99 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and payment method details — accurate and current at all times. dcd99 relies on these details for account notifications, verification codes, and withdrawal confirmations.
• dcd99 may request identity verification documentation at any stage — at registration, before any withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
• dcd99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, balance, or accumulated bonus credits to any other person.

dcd99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. KYC checks may be initiated at any time at dcd99's discretion. Accounts under a KYC review may have deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay temporarily restricted until the review is complete.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dcd99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported, subject to availability at the time of the transaction:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via mobile wallet are credited to the player's dcd99 balance in real time or within a short processing window, subject to the wallet provider's system availability.
• Bank transfer: available for players with accounts at major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer processing times may take up to one business day.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted. Any such deposit identified will be returned and the account flagged for review.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, dcd99 will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method held in the player's name.
• dcd99 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the account wallet section at the time of the transaction. Limits may be adjusted at dcd99's discretion without prior notice.

dcd99 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals via mobile wallet. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees under their own terms of service. Players should review their wallet provider's fee schedule before transacting.

5Bonuses and Promotions

dcd99 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly when the bonus is credited. Failure to complete wagering before the bonus expiry date results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. A player who has previously held any dcd99 account — regardless of whether that account was closed — is not eligible for the welcome bonus.

6Prohibited Conduct

The dcd99 platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to access, play, or interact with the platform in a way that simulates or replaces human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker variants, or coordinate play in a manner that disadvantages other players or the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity. dcd99 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion restrictions, reclaiming bonus eligibility, or avoiding account-level limits.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Winnings obtained through a technical error are void and must be returned. dcd99 will correct errors and reclaim void winnings from account balances without prior notice.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward dcd99 staff or other players via any channel, including live chat, email, or in-game chat.

dcd99 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, and balance forfeiture where a breach is confirmed. dcd99 may share information about confirmed fraud with other gaming platforms and relevant authorities as permitted by applicable law.

7Responsible Gaming

dcd99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits into their dcd99 account. Limits take effect immediately on setting. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. When the limit is reached, the player is logged out automatically. Session limits may only be reset after a defined cooling-off interval.

9Privacy and Data

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the dcd99 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, how long it is retained, and how you may exercise your data rights.

dcd99 will not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform lawfully. All third-party data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dcd99's aggregate liability to any player arising from their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. dcd99 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss:

11Account Suspension and Termination

dcd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct under Section 6, provision of false personal information, or opening of duplicate accounts.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct connected to the account or transactions processed through it.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure. Players may request closure at any time by contacting dcd99 customer support. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's verified payment method upon closure.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that require dcd99 to restrict platform access for certain players or categories of player.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any remaining balance not connected to the confirmed breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12Amendments to These Terms

dcd99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
